I’m Chelsea Faulkner (they/she), an art therapist, counselor, and yoga teacher based in Philadelphia, PA. I created The Sanctuary Space to be a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and find solace through creativity, mindfulness, and compassionate care.
I offer art therapy and counseling through telehealth to help you express your feelings, process difficult experiences, build understanding, and feel more grounded and seen. Together, we’ll develop tools to manage stress, anxiety, trauma, and relationships in a safe, welcoming space.
Whether you’re facing life transitions, seeking deeper self-understanding, or healing from past wounds, you don’t have to do it alone.
